Q. Where can I place an order from?

A. You can place an order from any country, we ship Worldwide.

Q. Where do you ship from?

A. We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in the US, Europe, and China. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

Q. Where is your company located?

A. We have an office in the city of joy: Kolkata, India; Supply warehouses in North Carolina, USA, and Riga, Latvia; High-Quality vendor contracts in the USA, Europe, China, India, and Bangladesh.

Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

A. Different products have different shipping times. Please look at the product page for shipping times associated with the specific product.

Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

A. It will take usually between 2-5 business days.

Q. Which currency will I be charged in?

A. You can check out in whichever currency you prefer. We use PayPal’s highly secured services to process all payments.

Q. How can I pay?

A. We accept all Major Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, as well as, PayPal, and Cash on Delivery.

Q. Can I pay through Cash on Delivery

A. Clients located in India have the option of using our Cash on Delivery service.

Q. Is Checkout on this site safe and secure?

A. You can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe and secure. We use PayPal's checkout service which has the best security encryption for online transactions.

Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders. Please contact us if you don't receive one within 24 hours.

Q. Who can I contact if I have a problem with my order?

Q. If I enter my email address will you sell my information?

A. We do not sell our customers information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our latest style tips and blog articles.

Q. Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?

A. For most countries, you will not have to pay customs, but it depends where are you located and if you order more than 1 piece.

Q. What is your Return/Refund policy?

A. You can return any item you don't like within 7 days of delivery. We suggest you read our entire return and refund policy here.
